We use an open-system approach that allows for a natural process, with a trained practitioner checking in regularly to ensure comfort and answer questions. 

You remain comfortably positioned and covered, and the session is private. The water flows in and out naturally, helping the body eliminate waste without force or pressure. The experience is typically calm and unhurried.

After the session, many clients feel lighter or less bloated. You’ll be encouraged to drink water and follow simple aftercare guidance to support your body.

Colon hydrotherapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Services are not recommended for individuals with:

• Recent colorectal or abdominal surgery
   
• Severe hemorrhoids, fissures, or rectal bleeding
   
• Active inflammatory bowel conditions (such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis)
   
• Bowel obstruction, perforation, or severe diverticulitis
   
• Uncontrolled heart or kidney conditions
   
• Abdominal hernias
   
• Pregnancy (unless medical clearance is provided)
