We use an open-system approach that allows for a natural process, with a trained practitioner checking in regularly to ensure comfort and answer questions.
You remain comfortably positioned and covered, and the session is private. The water flows in and out naturally, helping the body eliminate waste without force or pressure. The experience is typically calm and unhurried.
After the session, many clients feel lighter or less bloated. You’ll be encouraged to drink water and follow simple aftercare guidance to support your body.
