 We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your appointment at Emerald Ivory Wellness Spa and will be applied toward your service total. Canceled or missed appointments will require a new booking fee to rebook.
