Return and Refund Policy

At Emerald Ivory Wellness Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our services and skincare products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

All spa services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us at the completion of your service  before leaving your appointment,  so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution immediately. We may offer to re-perform the service or provide an alternative remedy at our discretion. Once services are completed and the client has left the premises, the service will be considered satisfactory and finalized. 

For sanitary reasons, all product sales are final and non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or credit.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service total.
